  • Punjabi food: Punjabi food is famous for the vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes. Punjabi home cooking recipes are popular in whole India. Maize and wheat are the main cereals in Punjabi food.
  • Rajasthani food: Famous for its sweets and spicy curries. The main cereal used for preparing the food is wheat.
  • Central Indian Food: Dal is the famous dish of central India. Main ingredient is wheat and rice The region is known for Poha.
