Find this new way to send circular to parents!

It’s been an old technique to send home the circulars printed on white piece of paper or make them write all the notice during the school end in the dairy books.

Kids are kids, parents are busy. How many circulars reach the parents? How many important circulars are missed, lost or forgotten to show? There are definitely students absent on the day of issuing the circulars and it’s obvious they miss the important notes.

How do we go about these un-predictable situations and make them organized and assure information reaches every parent and on time?

Visit SMS & Mail module when you’ve to send important notes, events, circulars or just any information to the parents. Choose your message template, type or edit the message to be sent, choose the class and students to whose parents the Circular has to be sent as a SMS message and click on send. Isn’t it so quick and easy?

Also you have few other features that make SMS sending much simpler. Save the circulars as drafts in message templates. Create different drafts in message template for different classes if the content varies or otherwise you can choose an old template itself and just edit the contents before sending the message.

Well, now the most exciting thing to be noted is if you are going to send a common message to the entire class, you are not choosing one student at a time from those 40 kids in the class. You can select all the students in the particular class and section and send the message at one shot in bulk!

Imagine the amount of time and paper saved! And there you ensured circulars reached parents too.
