Microsoft Acquiring Intentional Software in Productivity Push

Microsoft today announced it is acquiring Intentional Software, a Bellevue, Wash. group productivity specialist just for a price that wasn't undisclosed. Companies expect the offer to close after it receives obligatory regulatory approvals.
Intentional Software was founded in 2002 by Charles Simonyi, an early cheap office 2016 executive who lead the roll-out of key Office applications, including Word and Excel.
