Headaches and backaches?

It all started 4 months ago. I was having severe headaches and complaints about my back. A week before Christmas I visited my GP because I wanted some clarity about my complaints. My GP told me that the headache and complaints about my back were probably stress-related. At that time I was working 5 days a week and I had very little ‘me’ time.
