Headaches and backaches?

It all started 4 months ago. I was having severe headaches and complaints about my back. A week before Christmas I visited my GP because I wanted some clarity about my complaints. My GP told me that the headache and complaints about my back were probably stress-related. At that time I was working 5 days a week and I had very little ‘me’ time. The GP suggested that I had to take more rest. I discussed this with my employer and we came to an good agreement. I was going to work for only 3 days a week. In January I started working just 3 days a week.

Mid-February I was still having headaches and backaches. I visited my GP for the fourth time. He referred me to the hospital. I was scheduled to have a MRI in late April. Meanwhile I was still walking around with my complaints. Then at my sisters birthday I started talking to an acquaintance, we talked about her experience with Prescan. She told me she got a bodyscan at Prescan. Later that day I started searching the internet and I quickly found the site of Prescan. I filled out a form and left my telephone number on the site. Just one day later I was called by one of Prescan’s nurses. I told her my symptoms and my medical history and that I wanted to have an medical examination on a short notice. She made an appointment to have a full body scan. Two days later I had my bodyscan. The doctor explained me the results immediately after the examination. It turned out to be lumbar hernia. I’m being operated this week. I’m glad that I found Prescan. I know where my pain is coming from, and I can do something about. It is a good thing that people can get a general overview of their health without GP referral. So I say thumbs up for the staff of bodyscan Londen. They are also very nice. I like them. As I said its very good for you but also for your family..
