Annapurna Base Camp Trek – Know the Difficulty Level

Though ABC (Annapurna Base Camp) trek isn’t considered as a very tough hike in Nepal, but good physical condition is needed to accomplish the daily walking. It requires about 5 to 6 hours of walking every day. Nonetheless, the altitude trek is bit-by-bit & the elevation of the base camp is just 4,130m allows trekkers a very easy acclimatization. A basic level of fitness & a plan to walk is required beforehand. It’ll be approximately 4 to six hours walking up & down per day on well-built stone trails and steps. You’ll be lodging in tea house or lodges with a traveler-friendly food menu encompassing eggs, pizza, pasta,etc
