Mala beads are more than just accessories, which we usually wear. Mala Beads used in meditation and prayers. Beads are quite refreshing, and it helped to restore faith in intuition. Mala plays a vital role in the Hindu rituals as they are considered sacred and are used for worship and other purposes. The Rudraksha beads are the rarest and strongest in energy. Mala for prayers improve the concentration and it avoids distractions from external sources.

Begin with dreaming big, and then double it. Close your eyes in pleasant place, take and hold your beads, and visualize having everything whatever you want. The universe will help you to manifest your desires. Using beads to set intentions is a powerful way to manifest your aims and achieve your goals.

Steps to mala for manifestation

Setting your Intentions

You must think yourself when setting intentions. "What do you want? And how do you feel?" When you craft your intentions based on your wishes. Use the feelings as a compass while crafting intentions. Then get a clarity in your mind what you want and how do you feel. If once we came to know about our intentions, then right it down. When we write something about our intentions we make them real and give a power to them.

Sit in peace

Sit silently in a peaceful place with crossed leg position. Close your eyes and observe the spontaneous breath and its speed. Take breathe deeply and make sense in the mantra.

Usage of mala

Firstly, hold mala bead for manifestation. Hang the mala bead gently on the ring finger of right hand. Keep your thumb on the guru bead (base of the mala near tassel) and try to repeat the same mantra. At end of the mantra push down the bead using thumb finger and move on to the next bead. The index finger should not touch mala while meditating.

The main types of mala beads are Malas, Buddhist beads and Buddhist prayer beads.
