Whenever there is A milk allergies or there is pain in joints or bones then You might suffering from Vitamin d Deficiency

. Vitamin is very important for Our Body because it provides mineral and essential nutrients that helps to grow mentally and physically.

Most of the parents says to their children that if you don't drink Milk then you will not grow well or Your bones will grow Yes they are somewhat right, Milk plays a very important role while forming and shaping our body. Those people who drinks milk in the morning or take once in a day then there body structure is in well shaped.

There is another way of getting Vitamin D in free of cost & That way is to getting is from "Sun". If we sit daily 1 hours or 30 mins then You will never suffer Vitamin D deficiency.

  2. Bones Doesn't developed in shape

  4. Get Bones disorder in early age

Causes

  1. Intake of Vitamin Level is low. if your taking food and doesnt consume vitamins & specially D then is greater chance of having deficiency sooner or later.
  1. Body Expose with sunlight is less. As mention above it is very mandatory to intake the sunlight daily and in summer 10 mins or 15 mins is enough. it is very natural, best way to prevent from Vitamin D deficiency
  2. Kidney Doesnt covert Vitamin D this is an also an cause of getting it
  3. If you an skin allergy like celiac allery, or blister etc, then there is a chance of getting it
Medical examination of Vitamin D

If You want to conduct the test regarding this then there You have to go for a examination in laboratory or Hospital. You can conduct the Vitamin D 25 oh hydroxy or in short Vitamin D3 test, calcium test also preferred by doctor. Before getting in to examination it is recommended to take suggestion from physician or Doctor after than you can conduct the test There is Minimum level to higher level.
