The Mardi Himal is under 25 km north of Pokhara and is the southernmost heap of the Annapurna massif. It is a standout amongst the most negligible and perhaps the base passed by and climbed trekking peak in Nepal. In case you take this trek, you will have superb mountain sees, see hustling conduits and rich green porches. The Mardi Himal Trek drives you through superb woods, intriguing towns and valleys, the social arranged qualities is a principal interest of this climb.

The thought of Western mountain occupants was first familiar with the Mardi Himal guided by the photographs of Basil Good fellow, taken in 1953. In any case, it persevered until 1961 that the mountain was first climbed. Jimmy Roberts, nearby two Sherpas, climbed the summit on a course on its western flank. In spite of the way that there are bits of chatter about another course on the southwest edge, Roberts Route is the primary formally recorded track for the climb.

Best observed from the south, the south-west edge of the Machhapuchare closes as an insignificant and separate shake mass, the Mardi Himal Peak, at right edges to its top. From some vantage centers the Mardi Himal looks more like an outgrowth on the southwest flank of the Machhapuchare.

On the south-west mass of the Mardi Himal are three all around described edges, which rise from the stone at the foot and are segregated by hanging ice sheets. The east mass of the Mardi Himal is separated from the Machhapuchare edge by a 5200 m significant Col. Our trekking trail is come to by a glaciated amphitheater, which rises above a covered level. The "Other Sanctuary", it was called by Roberts.

The summit of the Mardi Himal offers an extraordinary point of view of the Annapurna massif nearby enormous viewpoints of the Himalayan Matterhorn, Machhapuchare or Fischschwanz (6993 m). The two so exceptional apexes are only 3 km isolated. Despite its modest height, the mountain has a lot of potential for the people who are enthused about smaller exploratory mountaineering with a sensible standard. As the Machhapuchare is closed for trips, the ascending of the Mardi Himal Peak is close by.
