eliminating is very simple just select unwanted Data files and delete them.

Archiving is an easy way solution when you are not ready to delete the emails. Archiving emails lets you copy email messages on a different location on your system.

Open the All Documents view in the archive, Select All, then Copy n Paste to your master mail file. But you will lose file folder structure.
