Maintaining good health of your body and mind should be prime focus of a person. When nowadays everybody finds himself always busy in work then, sometimes it becomes very difficult to maintain his health and their life becomes totally dependable on medicines and other supplements. But gradually these medicines and toxic supplements lead one’s life to miserable condition and ultimate to the death at an early age.

In fact, health of not only body but also that of mind is also crucial because, if mind is not fit then it would definitely cause many serious problems to your body too some of them are insomnia, mental disability, mental illness and many more.

In this condition, maintaining your health of both body and mind is most important if you want to live long. But, today most of the people ask the same question that how to maintain good health in such busy schedule? I have some perfect solution of this query that will definitely allow you to live a happy life and I call it as 2-step fitness plan:

Eat Healthy: Eating healthier food is the first and most important step towards achieving your goal of a healthy life. As someone has said it correctly that being healthy is most important in order to live long. There is a list of food that should be included in one’s daily meal and some food that one should avoid eating.

Healthy food includes eating lots of green vegetables, food full of proteins and vitamins, fruits, pulses, milk, eggs etc. but there are some food that one need to avoid in order to being healthy like, junk foods, food made with lot of oil, food hat contain lot of fat etc.

Perform Regular Exercise: Exercises are the next step in my fitness plan. Exercises are needed in order to burn the extra calories that a body stores. These extra calories result in many serious health issues including fat gain. Also, exercises help a man to relax his mind and shed his stress that leads in good sleep.

There are various types of exercises one could perform starting from basic yoga to aerobics and cardio-vascular activities. While you can perform yoga at home but to do other exercises more sincerely and strictly you can join gym. Although joining gym is all up to your choice but if you are dedicated towards your health then it is highly recommended. But, before joining one need to consider the gym that is nearby his home, and provides best facilities.
