  • One and a half teaspoons of vanilla
  • One-third cup of butter or margarine that has been softened• Three cups of powdered sugar
  • Two teaspoons of whipping cream
  • Two teaspoons of milkProcedure
  • First of all, in a large pot mix, add the powdered sugar and butter and mix it on low speed using an electric mixer until all the ingredients have blended well. You can also use your spatula, but make sure you do it continuously and do not stop in between. Then regulate the rate on the mixer to medium speed and mix again for another 3 minutes. Let it rest for some time.
  • Put the cream and vanilla and mix again for around one minute on medium speed while checking the consistency so that it doesn't become too thick or too thin. Make sure you check it, again and again, the consistency that is required for the frosting. If you find that it is too thick, you can add in some more whipping cream.
  • You can opt to use milk instead of the cream; you can also use milk. If possible use thick cream milk it will give good texture and taste will also be very good. Add in then and beat using the mixer on low-speed then high speed. You can add more milk drop by drop if the frost becomes too thick. If on the other hand, it gets too thin, you can add in some more sugar. This way the frosting will be easy to spread and smooth. It is not very difficult you just need to check if frosting has the right consistency that is required

.• After you have decided to use either cream or milk, you can then add the vanilla and continue mixing for another one minute on medium speed.
