The ball needs to be maneuverer by the legs to come as close as possible to the front left and then later to front right. All the while the front of the body will remain supported by the arms. This will tighten the abs and help to bring it into shape. While it may appear to be a relatively easy workout, in effect, it is not an easy workout. In the prone position, the legs will be the only part that can control the ball.
