On the other hand, training of project management, how to use the system and maintaining the safety of the data in a HMS are most effective in the implementation phase than the other factors. One of the major problems in adopting an integrated Hospital Information Management System is the cost of the system software, hardware and training.

Generally, for a successful Hospital Management System implementation, the human factors such as how to use a HIS; computer knowledge etc., then the technological factors such as reliability of the system, information confidentiality and then the organizational and managerial factors have been playing a significance role.
