Microsoft has declared their plan of consolidating a plethora of new artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning features into its office 365 cloud based productivity suite.
This has been the words of the company and has been claiming that the AI features are beyond the software ranges, inclusive of document translation, intelligent threat detection, and simplifying spreadsheets.
The company claims the enhancement of the productivity experience of over 120 million commercial Office 365 users.
Even the excel has been introduced with the number of notable updates. Now it has been equipped with machine learning capabilities. Microsoft even claims that it will automatically highlight patterns that would gain the insights of the users.
With word, the Microsoft claims that it would be capable of understanding shorthand and acronyms used within the organizations. This feature would be added in next year.
Microsoft announced that to understand the internal acronyms usage would be building up a vast success. It even gives a continuation to his words by adding much more about the usage of acronyms that it would help in understanding the shorthand being used commonly in their own workplace by gripping the graph to surface definitions of term which has been previously defined across documents and emails.
Microsoft has also described a term as "freeform digital canvas where people, ideas and content can come together", for showing a preview of whiteboard for windows 10 device.
Even company makes an addition about Microsoft Whiteboard Preview for a team to work together over multiple devices and location.
Unlike the traditional whiteboards, it utilizes AI for recognizing freeform drawings and turns them into standard ones.
Using this user would also be provided more benefits about by working in real time by sharing content and save the cloud automatically on to the cloud for using it for work over another device.
