Patnitop is nestled in Udahampur district of Jammu and Kashmir. This place is one of the most known place for paragliding. The best time to get down to this place is between December to March and if you are going specially for paragliding then you will have to check the availability beforehand.

Shimla

Shimla is one of the most commercialized hill stations in North India. Shimla becomes much more beautiful when it snows and it is of course beautiful throughout the year when it doesn’t snow. Well, the best time to visit Shimla is in the month of December and January. You are sure to find remnants of colonial architecture here as this place was the summer capital to British India.
