How to recover deleted emails in Microsoft Outlook

Using emails these days have become so essential that many official works are not considered if the details are not available in a mail. Whenever you delete emails in Microsoft Outlook, it automatically moves them to "Deleted Items Folder" in your email account before deleting it permanently. This Outlook feature is one of the most needed features for security purpose. So if you are looking for a removed email, make sure you first check it in Deleted Item folder and restore it.

In case the email is deleted permanently, you can easily recover it. You can either get help from Outlook Technical Support or get the email back by following these steps:

Step 1: Sing in your Microsoft Outlook account and click on Deleted Items folder. Check if you find your deleted email there, otherwise proceed to next.

Step 2: Click on the folder option at the top of the menu bar and then click on Recover Deleted items.

Step 3: Outlook will fetch deleted email/ item from Microsoft Exchange server and list a record of deleted email by dates.

Step 4: Select the email/s that you want to recover. Click on the Folder icon with an undo sign that is on the left side of the top bar.

Step 5: Microsoft Product will then start the recovery process. Once the process is done, you will find restored email/s in the deleted items folder. From here, you can move the email back to inbox section.
