4. Baclofen (Lioresal)

It helps in reducing the desire for alcohol consumption. It is available in the size of the 10mg tablet and these tablets are taken three times in a day.

In most of the studies, it is seen that the medication is continued for a minimum of 6 months. After 6 months after analysing the effects of medication in the individual and then continue with the medication.
