Most of the site owners are confused to find the place where to put the links that is where it will be more valuable. Will it be better to place in the navigation or the content of your page? It is for sure that not every link is created in the same way thus getting the brief idea will be better for the detection of the stronger linking structure.

  • In content links – It is for sure that the content links are going to be very much value as compared to the navigation or the footers links. If we talk about in the usual case, then the navigation link will be much better than the footers. But when you start talking about the content then you will get more value of the link if you have the option of choosing the external link from a page.
  • Link opening in different tabs – Google does not give any extra weight, and thus it does not matter at all to conduct such type of experiment.
  • Links devalued – It has been noticed that the links that are present in the footers get devalued. Thus if there exist any link that is present in the footers but you don’t have the primary navigation that is whether the one is present on the side of the content or the top side of the content page. You will be shocked to know that the link down there does not carry any weight other than just indexing.
  • Multiple Links – When we talk about them on pages with the multiple links to the same URL. For instance, you mention a product link at the top of t page, and then again you mention the link at the down of the page under the other categories. In both the case Google will consider the links and the fact that both direct to the same page. Thus you can say that the anchor text will inherit the value from the first link that exists on the page instead of getting from both of them. Thus it is very much clear that the second link that exists on the page does not carry the anchor text value.
