Below mentioned is the NEET exam pattern and all other relevant information required by candidates:

NEET Exam Pattern

Mode of Examination: they examination is set to be a pen and paper based examination which means it shall be conducted off-line for all registered candidates.

Duration of Examination: the total time allotted for the examination is three hours which is equivalent to 180 minutes.

A medium of Examination: the question paper will be made available to the candidate in the following languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Hindi.

Type of Questions: question paper will be objective type; which means multiple choice questions.

Sections: the question paper will have three sections-

Physics-a total of 45 questions.

Chemistry-a total of 45 questions.

Biology-a total of 90 questions.

Total Questions: the question paper will consist of a total of 180 questions.

Total Marks Allotted: the total allotment of marks stands at 720.

Marking Scheme: for each correct response for marks will be awarded to the candidate; for each incorrect response, one mark will be deducted.
