A petrochemical company catalyzes a dry gas adsorption hydrogen combined device of a core equipment, the main material is 15CrMoR (H) + SUS321, wherein the base layer 15CrMoR (H) is developed on the basis of 15CrMoR steel plate heat-resistant steel equipment. The cold cracking susceptibility of the material is high, and the cold cracking is easy to occur in the welding process. Therefore, the proper welding material must be selected for the welding of the base layer and the surfacing layer, and a reasonable welding process must be established to successfully carry out the 15CrMoR(H)+SUS321 composite material. Welding.15CrMoR(H)+SUS321 303 Stainless Steel Rod composite steel plate is composed of dissimilar steel plates with different chemical compositions and physical properties. Compared with composite steel and base steel, composite steel has higher Cr and Ni content, and its C content is low (?(C)? 0.10%),

The base steel 15CrMoR(H) is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel, which has poor welding performance and tends to harden under conditions of high cooling rate. The heat affected zone is the weak link of the welded joint. Because the heating is extremely uneven during welding, the heat affected zone constantly changes the temperature, stress, and strain state. The welding heat process makes the grains in the heat-affected zone thicker and the structure is not uniform, resulting in deterioration of performance. The key part of the heat-affected zone is the coarse-grained zone near the fusion line, where the grain is coarse and the performance is most vulnerable to deterioration. It is the most sensitive zone for producing various welding cracks. In the weld overlay welding, when directly welding with E347-16 (A132), some of the base layer will be melted, which will dilute the alloying elements of the overlay weld, resulting in an increase in the carbon content of the weld metal. Corrosion resistance, while the weld will also form a hardened martensite structure, easy to crack. Therefore, a transition layer is added to the interface between the base layer and the cladding layer. This layer is made of high CrNi type electrode E309L-16 (A062). After the weld metal is diluted by the base layer, the alloy composition will be reduced, but the bond area can still be guaranteed. Has good plasticity. The thermal conductivity and the linear expansion coefficient of the composite steel SUS321 and the base steel 15CrMoR(H) are very different, and the material generates a great stress when heated and cooled. At the same time, in the welding process, due to uneven heating and cooling, a large residual stress is generated in the thickness direction of the base layer. This residual stress forms a tensile stress on the surface of the multi-layer stainless steel. The superposition of these two kinds of stress is not The main cause of cracks in welding of rusted composite steel plates. It can be seen that for the welding of 15CrMoR(H) + SUS321 304 Stainless Steel Rod composite plate, in order to ensure the welding quality, we must choose the appropriate welding material, groove type, reasonable welding, heat treatment process. After adopting corresponding measures, the qualification rate of one inspection for all welds exceeds 98%, and the qualification rate for one-time repair is 100%, which meets the design requirements and has accumulated valuable experience for welding such composite panels in the future.
