Selling a car is not the very big task. But how many cars you can sell in a month is a big task. Anyone can sell few of cars. But if you want a great income then you have to sell lots of cars. We can see that a new hire salesman can sell few of car. But an experienced salesman can sell more car than a fresher. Because they have the ability to read their customers thought. And they are able to know what customer want from them or is he/she really interested to sell the car or not? So if you learn this tactic then you must sell a lot of cars and get earning so much.

You know when you want to earn a good income as a car salesman then you need to read your customer skill. Some have this skill inbuilt or you can say naturally but some need to learn this skill. Which have this skill naturally they properly utilize and grow but which have not they can start to learn with guidance?

If you think that clients come to your door and tell you that they want to buy the car and you sell the car to them easily. So you are wrong. Because when they come to your door then surely he/she must be prequalified about their buying strategy. So you need to handle this thing carefully.

Now I would like to discuss some tips to know about your customer. This would be helpful to you when you are doing a meet and welcome or trying to complete your sale as with your desired benefit.

Skills to read your customer and sale the car.

Listen to your customer with full of attention:- Many car salesmen never listen to the customer and which are listening they can't understand what customer want to say exactly. And then they are going directly to demo. Instead of this first listen to your customer, understand what they want to say, exactly what they want from, analyze all their query and repeat their key points. After that show them according to their choice.

Your Body language to read your customer: - Your body language is the important part of your car selling process. If you are hesitating to answer the customer query so it can make a barrier in your customer reading process or be selling car process. I know some gesture of face and body clues from which you can read your customer easily:

The facial expression of your customer:

The face is the place where 80% of clues are hidden. If you capable to read the sure customer is yours and you can handle them easily. A face is a little and beautiful place to read your customer thinking. When any customer pressed together their lips tightly when talking they are in your control. The same thing is true when a customer turns their mouth down a little bit from corner side.

When the corner slightly turned up then you are going in right direction but if this does not happen change your direction immediately.

Eye moment of your customer and eye contact with your customer:

You must analyze your customer's eye moments means where are they looking when you talk with them. Are they look your showroom or any other place? If it happens then try to catch their attention on your side. Tell them everything that they want to know. Try to tell them those things; in which they take interest and raise query from you.

Visit your showroom with your customer and show them the area to know about your customer a little more. Tell about monthly charges, EMI or down payment etc. with eye contact. Because this thing help to know that is your customer interested or not.

Your customer hand and arms position:- If your customer stands with your by crossing their arms that means he/she feel uncomfortable. Your customer must hesitate, shy type. So you have to be extra friendly with them. Ask them anything generally to feel them comfortable.

When their arms come down that now they feel comfortable and you can focus on your car sale. Before selling the car you need to earn their trust for feeling them that they are the right place and deal with a right person.

When their body relax that mean they are in control and now you can start your deal. When you talk with them then continuously analyze their body language and facial expressions. Where Ever you think they discomfort then change the topic and tell them some different thing about the car or anything that they ask.

The important thing is mirror your customer behavior because when you have done this then you and your customer are same and they can trust you. This ingle thinks to give you more pleasure and commission too.
