It is the responsibility of every employee to take a health and safety course like safe pass training for proper managing of equipment and to prevent workplace injuries up to a certain limit. Maintaining the health of an employee and employer is required more than everything in a construction site.

For a lead contractor in a construction site, he/she have to to be well prepared to provide instruction and training to employees on health and safety in an organization.
