Microsoft, the leading IT companies in the world, has released a number of tests, to allow individuals to become certified in the Microsoft application usage. The 74-325, Administering Office 365 for Small Business is aimed at allowing candidates to thoroughly understand and be able to use Office 365. The test came in the market in August, 2013, and is available in a number of languages namely English, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), Chinese (Simplified), to cater to a large number of IT employees.

It further introduces administration and capabilities of office 365, to candidates. The Office 365 User Management Module lets candidates get a glimpse of how to add new domains and understand identities, and understand added user and group addition and management, effectively.

The third module, namely a 74-325 Exam Questions & Answers Office 365 Single Sign-On, DirSync and ADFS allows candidates to become familiar with these terms, and be able to create ADFS and single sign-ons. Individuals are taught how to manage Lync Online, and know the system requirements and settings, in the Administering Lync Online module. Another module, Sharepoint Online, focuses mainly on Microsoft Sharepoint 2013, and its new features that are storage, external sharing etc. The course further teaches visibility and control, group management, troubleshooting, and focuses on new features. Moving on, individuals learn the various migration options, and how to protect users again spam, anti-malware, and how to manage policy, rules security etc. The last module encompasses archiving and compliance, and lists down the company police and requirements.
