COURSE DESCRIPTION

Focuses on the present and future needs of a rapidly changing VFX industry. You’ll acquire a strong grounding in design, video and audio skills alongside modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, digital cinematography, Digital color grading, and 3D digital graphics. Throughout the course modules, you’ll also cover motion graphics and virtual studio skills alongside compositing, 3D tracking, particles, and dynamics. Graduating with a broad range of creative and technical skills, this course is ideal for students wishing to explore a career in animation and visual effects industry.

You will become a character and creature animator and learn a broad range of complimentary digital skills. The course will also cover film theory, history of animation and industry economics.

10+2 / Equivalent

EMPLOYABILITY

The course has excellent links with animation and design studios. You will have the opportunity to meet animators, modelers, riggers and vfx artists who deliver guest lectures and seminars.

Having developed your animation skills with software tools such as the Autodesk Entertainment Suite, Nuke, PF Track, Adobe Creative Suite and other tools such as Cinema4D, your showreels will have the high standard finish that is required by this sector and help graduates to pursue careers in gaming, film, and broadcast. You’ll build a portfolio of work, which will be edited into a demo reel to show employers once you have graduated.

This course provides a firm foundation to game art like modeling Game Characters, level designing, texturing etc. and also to modern software engineering techniques used within the design.
