e) Now, you must reinstall the ink cartridge in right position in the printer by gently pushing the cartridge in until it clicks. Once all cartridges are installed, then close the cover of an ink cartridge.

1. After closing the cover of an ink cartridge, you have to press "NO" on the LCD. This will indicate accurate data and tells that how much ink is left in the cartridge.
2. After that, on the right side of the touch screen, you have to press on "INK."
3. Now, you need to select on "Test Print" on the touch screen.
4. Select "Print Quality" on the touch screen.
5. Now, you have to press on "COLOR START" for printing the print quality check sheet.
6. Review the Check Sheet and the colors on the Check Sheet must be in a specific order from Left to right of Black, Yellow, Cyan (blue) and Magenta (red).

a) If the colors on the check sheet are in entirely proper manner and even not missing any dashes as well, then press on YES on the LCD and continue to STEP 9.

b) If the colors aren’t in the proper manner and missing dashes or blank or a color other than Black, Yellow, blue or red printed, then press NO on the LCD and continue to Step No.8.

8. The printer required to perform cleanings in order to fix incorrect color or its related.

a) The LCD will show the message and ask that which color need to b cleaned. You should press BLACK COLOR or ALL.

b) The printer will take a few minutes for the cleaning process.

c) Once the cleaning process completed, the LCD will display the message as PRESS START & then Press the BLACK START key and another PRINT QUALITY CHECK SHEET will print.

d) Press YES on the LCD if the ink color order is correct and all of the dashes are present.

e) If the colors on the check sheet aren’t in the correct order & even missing dashes or a color other than as black, yellow, blue or red. Then press NO on the LCD and repeat the cleaning process by following the Steps no.8 through 8d. You need to do 15 times for performing this procedure in order to clean the ink tubes and the print head.

9. Finally, test by document printing for the main problem.
