SSC CHSL Exam Date, Eligibility, Vacancies and Other Exam Details

The SSC commission will release the SSC CHSL recruitment notification for various vacancies in Departments/Ministries/Organizations of Government of India. As per the SSC calendar exam schedule 2018-19, from 19th January 2019, the online application for SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam will start. If you are interested and eligible for the Combined Higher Secondary Level exam then you can apply before 18th February 2019. The exam date of SSC CHSL 2019 has not been announced.
The Supreme Court has put a hold on the declaration of SSC CHSL 2017 result. Although, cut off, the result, and SSC CHSL marks has been already released. Now, the SSC CHSL 2017 recruitment process has been delayed. We will keep you updated on further announcements.

Limit Criteria & Relaxation 2018 for SSC CHSL
As per the norms of SSC CHSL, 10+2 Level exam 2018 the relaxation in upper age is permissible. The maximum age limit for SSC CHSL is 27 years and minimum age limit for SSC CHSL 2018 is 18 years as on 1st August 2018.
Selection Procedure
In order to get selected in SSC CHSL Exam, you are required to clear the SSC CHSL Tier 1 Exam objective test, then SSC CHSL Tier 2 Descriptive test and SSC CHSL Tier 3 which is based on Skill or Typing. To get the insights, check out the SSC CHSL selection procedure.
Syllabus & Exam Pattern
There are 4 sections of the Tier 1 exam. SSC is conducting SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam online. SSC CHSL Tier 2 will be a descriptive exam, comprises of an Letter or Application writing of approximately 150-200 words and Essay of 200-250 words.
