The Saint Lucia Jazz Festival is an event that takes place every year bringing in people from all around the world. In addition to the party, they have food vendors each night putting out delightful island food packed with flavor.

Anse La Raye Fish Fry

Before I begin, let me just say that this is more than a simple fish fry. The beachside fisheries complex located at Anse La Raye is a buzzing hive of various activities. Not only is it full of people buying fish, but colorful boats and characters who are out catching fish. On Friday evening specifically, tuna, snapper, barracuda, lobster, mackerel, dorado, and other treasures from the sea make their way into the local flames lining the area. In addition to the food lining the beachfront, there are also a wide array of vendors selling arts, crafts, and the like. As the evening commences, you will also find swinging music to dance to.
