Colva beach is a beautiful beach with clean water and white sands that stretches for about 2.4 km. This is located at the coastal village Colva of south Goa. It is filled with many Portuguese building with marvellous Portuguese architecture. The right time to visit colva beach is from November to March where the climate will be cool and pleasant for an enjoyable vacation.

This is a 2 km away from Colva and it is a religious place for Christians and Hindus. The village offers a beautiful view of the green paddy field and it also consist of two famous beaches to visit namely the Benaulim beach and Vaddi beach with many water activities to enjoy.

Church Of Our Lady of Mercy

The Church Of Our Lady Of Mercy or popularly called as the Colva Church was built in the year 1630.it is famous for its statue of Infant Jesus and the festival of Fama (a feast to the infant Jesus).

Colonial Style Villas

This is a historical spots with stunning Portugal architectures along the shoreline of colva. These villas are unique and scenic to view. There are even resorts available here with the same Colonial style to have a royal stay in an affordable price.

Burnzam Ghor

The Church of St John

This is located on a hill which is at a distance of 2 km from the Colva. It is famous for its chapel as Father Joseph Vas was christened here in 1651.

The other famous beaches nearby colva are Betul Beach, Betalbatim Beach and Sernabatim Beach. Betul Beach is beyond the river Sal with green grass stretch and coconut trees. It’s famous for its logoons view and fishing. Betalbatim Beach is 4 km from colva and it is famous for its fishing activities and the view of dolphins, sunset and white sand stretch. Sernabatim Beach is just 1 km from colva. It’s a clean beach famous for swimming, water activities and the beautiful view of the sun set.
