What is Jung Typology Test and why is it used?

The Jung Typology Test is one of the most popular and respected models that distinguish different types of personality and behavior. It is an extensively used, reliable model used by organizations all over the world for assessment, coaching, teambuilding and personality development. There are basically 16 different types as per the model. Here is a brief look at the different types of personality as per this model.

  • ISTJ personality type (Introvert Sensor Thinker Judger) – regarded as very dependable and responsible, this type of individual is typically reserved.
