Action A, Interview with the Operations Manager

During the meeting with the Operations division the operations manager, the action will take done in a systematic manner for the better understanding and capture of the information. I will get to introduce myself to the operations manager and make a request for the sessions concerning the Hadoop Distributed File System. The understanding and creation of the relationship will have the provision of a better environment for harnessing information. The meetings shall get done in sessions because of the busy schedules of the manager. To begin with, I get to interact with the operations manager to get us have the understanding of the way the Hadoop Distributed File System does operate. The understanding of the Hadoop Distributed File System concept will get the draw of a better understanding of the way of having the block replacement and replication policies get developed. Observation

During the follow up meetings after the brainstorming session, observations were made, and they were aware some as far as the project get its attention during the process. I get to sum up the common observations before the mention of the respective departmental observation. The Human resource center is a sensitive part of any organization as the division is responsible for some activities that measure the growth and the fit of the organization within the competitive global. The recruiting of the staff and the provision of the staff is a solidified task that if unwell conducted gets the pick of the unqualified staff which adds nothing to the organization thus failing the organization. By understanding the Hadoop Distributed File System concept, it came to my knowledge that the system has had the better positive impact to the apart from managing the general organization data, it has had the great impact on the information relating to the organization staff. The information relating to the staff was at a glance, and the performance of the working rates and the performances of the staff could get generated.
