How do I pay for my ride?

Zipgo works on cashless payments with zipgo wallet. Recharge your zipgo wallet for availing rides with us, which are cashless & prepaid. Ease the load on your pocket by buying attractive passes and recharge packs.

What is zipgo Wallet?

It's an online wallet for using our services. You can load money by paying through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking and Paytm. It's available on the zipgo App.

What is Real Money?

Real Money is what you load in your wallet through the above mentioned payment methods. It can be added in any denomination and does not expire. The real money will enable you to purchase rides, passes & subscription plans. 1 Real money = 1 Rupee.

What are zipgo Credits?

Zipgo credits are offered as extra credits on wallet recharge, bonus on referring people, ride refunds and through special offers running periodically. Unless otherwise specified, credits are valid for 30 days. Their usage might be restricted which is disclosed to you at the time of booking itself. 1 Virtual Credit = 1 Rupee.

How do I book a ride?

Booking a ride with zipgo is simple – download our bus app on Android/iOS –

1. The first process is to register with us and you get free rides as a welcome gift.
2. Visit 'Book a Ride' section
3. Enter your origin and destination on the map and we will suggest the nearest pickup and drop points.
4. Choose the trip of your choice – Pay for your booked ride and you’re done.
5. Alternatively, visit the 'Routes' section to select the most suited route and stops (From active ones). Basis your selection, you will get a list of trips and timings. Choose, pay and you’re sorted.

The bookings are accepted via zipgo app only.

Where do I find my booked ride details?

Your booked rides appear in 'My Rides' section of our App. Information about pickup point, pickup time, bus number, bus location and navigation is available for you. For ease of use, we have divided this section into 'Upcoming' and 'Previous' rides. Additionally, we send out detailed SMS* updates with each booking to ensure you do not end up missing your ride!

*SMS delivery is subject to network strength

How will I know if the bus has arrived on my pickup point?

You will receive an update once the bus starts and when it reaches your pick-up point! We recommend, you reach 5 – 7 minutes in advance of your ride timing. Keep an eye on the tracking screen and the bus, once it is near. The bus might stop a few meters away (+/- 50 metres) from your actual pick-up spot due to traffic or other inevitable reasons.

#Protip: Use the traffic feature to know on-road congestion and plan accordingly.

What is zipgo referral program and how to use it?
