The origin of Islamic faith returns to the early seventh century when Allah selected Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as his Last Messenger. At the point when the Holy Prophet (PBUH) declared about the first Revelation of Quran and said that He is the Final Prophet of the Almighty Lord. The Qureyshi worshipers of another god and polytheists denied Him (PBUH). They became the worst enemies of those people who accepted Islam.

In the 2nd year of Hijrah (Migration), 623 A.D, Muslims came to know about Qureyshi procession returning from Syria to Makah. In this way, they thought of avenging their losses of proprietorship in Makah by attacking that guard lead by Abu Sufyan (uncle of Prophet, PBUH.), who called for his people to protect his convoy from Muslims and crush them.

The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) of Allah had no arrangement of going into the fight, however, when He (PBUH) came to know about coming of thousands of armed atheists for purpose of destroying Muslims, they finally had to go into the 1st fight between them and the heathens.

This battle is known as Ghazwa (fight in which the Prophet, PBUH. took part Himself) Badr, which happened on seventeenth of Ramadan and was won by Muslims who were 313 in number just, against the forceful armed force of over 1000 Makah ’s atheists.

This is a ziyarat place and Muslim also visit this site during Umrah and Hajj. But nowadays it is not easy for everyone to perform Umrah and Hajj individually. This holy journey can be done easily by using Cheap Hajj Package and Umrah Packages.

When the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) came to know about the powerful preparation of the atheists against Muslims, He (PBUH) had no real option except to arrange a strong group of believers to fight against them.

The Ansaar (Natives of Madina) also had to make a decision whether to take part in this battle or not, as the Pact of Brotherhood among them and Muhajireen did exclude battling adversaries outside the limits of Madina.

The Messenger (Peace Be Upon Him) of God asked his companions about it, Muhajireen (Natives of Makah) approved their inclusion straight away, however as they were extremely less in number, Rasulullah (PBUH) asked them three times until S'ad bin Mu'ad understood that He (PBUH) was wishing Ansaar to take part as well. He stood up and told the Holy Prophet (PBUH) that Ansaar were always ready to battle in the way of Allah and His Prophet (PBUH) at any cost. At last, a small defense army of 313 Muslims; the greater part of them were unarmed and had just 70 camels and two horses were ready to face the atheists.

There are main 6 facts about the Battle:
