All secrets of this meditation are clearly laid out in his book Autobiography of a Yogi, which can be read by everyone. Also, he presented them during his travels to the West for public teaching.

Common Kriya Yoga Techniques

The main goal of kriya yoga is to connect people with the divine, creating unison between them. It helps you dive deeper into yourself and find the source of joy in your spine and blood.
