If you are experienced in dealing with minor electrical problems, you can do it easily with a voltmeter. If you have no experience dealing with electrical matters, you should seek the help of a professional.

Step 5 - Consult your service providerNow, at this point, you should give up trying yourself and you should consult your security alert service provider. Depending on the severity of the problem, your provider can guide you or send a technician by phone.
