The first three letters of the language will be used to denote your chosen language. For example- ENG for English, MAR for Marathi. EPFO offer its SMS facility in a number of regional languages.

When a person switches his job, he has the option to either withdraw his EPF balance or transfer it to the EPF account generated by his new employer.
