How to zip (compress) a file or folder

1. Step 1: Install a File Compressor Like, Winzip, Winrar, PeaZip (in this content I will show how to compress with WinRar)

How to unzip (extract) a files

1. Step 1: Locate the zipped folder that you want to Extract (unzip).
2. Step 2: Right-click on that file. A new window will pop up after right click on that file.
3. Step 3: Click "Open with WinRar" to view the Compressed files, Click "Extract Files.." to select a folder
4. Step 4: where you like to extract the file or, Click "Extract here" to extract the current folder where it located.

• You would be able to add files or folders to a zipped folder you created earlier, drag them to the zipped folder.
• In case you encrypted files to a zipped folder, they'll be unencrypted when you have unzipped that file, which might result in unintentional disclosure of your personal sensitive information. That’s why we recommend that you avoid zipping encrypted files.
