Importance of meditation for healthy living

I first began teaching Meditation Sydney about 20 years ago. It seems like I am always learning something new about meditation every time I meditate. Learning to meditate is easy. It requires no intellect, no ego and no force. You simply have to allow for the process of surrendering and letting go.

There are many meditation techniques and they all are different but all they are all about bringing you to one place. The void, the gap, the quantum field. The place of free energy. It is a place of silence and stillness. Your Infinite Being.

Meditate, and you can turn yourself into a flow-machine. Where everything is created and manifested. Merge with the void and access unlimited energy, unlimited abundance, unlimited health. Unlimited creations.

People can fall into the trap of adrenaline and digital media addictions which means that they have trouble letting go. Preconceived ideas, other people's interpretations and fear can also hinder progress. As can thinking that one has to use one's intellect to achieve successful meditations. So. No thinking allowed.

Much like going to the gym, it is an exercise. It's not zone-out or chill-time.

There is the exercise of diligent meditation. And then there is rest.

You don't think about using your brain to build a muscle at the gym. So you don't need to use your brain in an exercise to connect to the void.

For the meditation beginner, sometimes laughter at chanting a mantra or finding a yogic breathing or pranayama exercise might seem silly. The process for the uninitiated can sometimes be "this is weird" or "this is boring". As they begin and then continue their journey into their deeper selves, their higher selves, a miracle unfolds as they bear witness to the scale, magnitude and scope of their being. Their Ah-ha moment has arrived.

Just as you don't expect when you're at the gym lifting weights, for your muscle to grow strong right before your eyes in the mirror, so too it is with meditation. Have no expectations. Simply do the exercise of connecting to the void through your breathing or mantra chanting. Merge and be absorbed by the meditation. Allow yourself to let go into that blissful void and enjoy.

People are always asking me, how long do I have to meditate for? Twenty minutes twice per day is good. Three times is better. But they real key, is to keep meditating until you reach the sense of timelessness as you break what is called in Quantum Physics, the Time-Space Continuum.

If you're stressed, keep meditating and let go. If you're not getting what you want in life, keep meditating and merge with the void and let go. It will always deliver. This is not wishful thinking. This is Quantum Physics.

As you go deeper into the void you rediscover your true-self. The pure awareness that you had at birth with no pre-conditioning, no fears and no limiting beliefs.

Going into the void and bringing yourself back into your own true power to heal, create and manifest the life you are deserved to live. Learn Meditation Sydney or via skype today. You won't ever regret it.
