Uninstall Sonic Studio III/Nahimic/ MSI Audio
- Click on the Windows and R keys together.
- Now, you will get the Run prompt box.
- Enter "appwiz.cpl" in the provided box.
- Click on the Enter option.
- It will launch the Programs and Features option.
- In the Programs and Features menu, find the menu list of all the available apps.
- Find the Asus Sonic Studio 3/ Nahimic option.
- Otherwise, click on any other sound manager which you are currently using.
- After getting it, right-click on the sound manager.
- Select the Uninstall option.
- Go through the instructions mentioned on the screen to finish the uninstallation procedure.
- After that, start the system again.
- After completing this procedure, open the game through STEAM from which you are not getting any sound.

Signing Out the Other Users
- After signing in as a one user, click on the Windows key to open the Start menu.
- After that, press on the User symbol.

- Open the Steam game.
Verify the File Cache Integrity of the Game
- Go to the Steam Client.
- Click on the Library option.

Switch to the Generic Windows Audio Driver
- Click on the Windows and R keys together.

- Enter "mmsys.cpl" in the text field.
- Click on the Enter option for opening the Sound menu.
- In the Sound menu.
- Click on the Playback option.
- Choose the active Playback device option.
- Press on the Properties option.
- In the Properties display of the playback device, click on the General option.
- Press on the Properties option linked with the Controller Information.
- In a new menu, click on the General option.
- Press on the Change Settings option.
- In the HD Audio Device properties menu, click on the Driver option.
- Click Update Driver.
- After going to the Update Drivers display, press on the Browse my computer for driver software option.
- Press on the Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer option.
- Ensure that the checkbox is linked with the Show compatible hardware.
- After that, choose the HD Audio Device option.
- Click on the Next option.
- Press on the Yes button.
