We all want that people praise us and fascinate towards us but for that, we have to become like that and for this body language is an important factor.

I had explained some of the most important factors for a good body language.

1.CONFIDENCE2.ETIQUETTES3.GAIT4.ATTITUDE5.KNOWLEDGECONFIDENCEWhat Is Confidence?

Confidence means feeling sure of yourself and your abilities — not in an arrogant way, but in a realistic, secure way. Confidence isn't about feeling superior to others. It's a quiet inner knowledge that you're capable of.

WHY CONFIDENCE IS IMPORTANT:

Confidence helps us feel ready for life's experiences. When we're confident, we're more likely to move forward with people and opportunities — not back away from them. And if things don't work out at first, confidence helps us try again.

It's the opposite when confidence is low. People who are low on confidence might be less likely to try new things or reach out to new people. If they fail at something the first time, they might be less likely to try again. A lack of confidence can hold people back from reaching their full potential.

Tips to increase confidence

1. LOOK AT WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED:

It’s easy to lose confidence if you believe you haven’t achieved anything. Make a list of all the things you’re proud of in your life, whether it’s getting a good mark on an exam or learning to surf. Keep the list close by and add to it whenever you do something you’re proud of. When you’re low in confidence, pull out the list and use it to remind yourself of all the awesome stuff you've done.

2. THINK OF THINGS YOU ARE GOOD AT:

Everyone has strengths and talents. What are yours? Recognising what you’re good at, and trying to build on those things, will help you to build confidence in your own abilities.

3.SET SOME GOALS

Set some goals and set out the steps you need to take to achieve them. They don’t have to be big goals; they can even be things like baking a cake or planning a night out with friends. Just aim for some small achievements that you can tick off a list to help you gain confidence in your ability to get stuff done.

4. TALK YOURSELF UP

You’re never going to feel confident if you have negative commentary running through your mind telling you that you’re no good. Think about your

Self-talk and how that might be affecting your self-confidence. Treat yourself like you would your best friend and cheer yourself on.

5. GET A HOBBY

Try to find something that you’re really passionate about. It could be photography, sport, knitting or anything else! When you’ve worked out your passion, commit yourself to give it a go. Chances are, if you’re interested or passionate about a certain activity, you’re more likely to be motivated and you’ll build skills more quickly.

ETIQUETTES:

Etiquette is a must for a good personality. Etiquette enhances us.

WHAT IS ETIQUETTE

Etiquette is a code of behaviour that delineates expectations for social behaviour according to contemporary conventional norms within a society, social class, or group.

IMPORTANCE:

  • Etiquette makes a good impression of you amongst people.
  • Etiquette also describes one's behaviour and knowledge. No matter how much a person is educated if he didn't have good etiquette no one like to have a conversation with him.
  • Etiquette enhances our body language also.
  • Etiquette makes a good social image of a person in society.

GAIT:

Gait is the way how you talk&walk.

Gait is the main factor for having a good personality.

IMPORTANCE

Gait is so much important for a fascinating personality. Mostly people are being judged by how they walk and talk.

  • Gait make a good first impression and the first impression is the last impression.
  • If you walk and talk in a nice way then it ultimately increases your confidence.
  • Without a good gait, all our knowledge and degrees are meaningless because no one listens to a person who does not know how to walk and talk in a proper manner.

ATTITUDE:

A predisposition or a tendency to respond positively or negatively towards a certain idea, object, person, or situation. Attitude influences an individual's choice of action, and responses to challenges, incentives, and rewards (together called stimuli).

Four major components of attitude are :

  1. Affective: emotions or feelings.
  2. Cognitive: belief or opinions held consciously.
  3. Conative: inclination for action.
  4. Evaluative: positive or negative response to stimuli.

There can be two different forms of attitude at a time. It can be either positive or negative.

POSITIVE ATTITUDE:

When we respond positively to a stimulus it is said as a positive attitude. A positive attitude always helps you to succeed in life.

NEGATIVE ATTITUDE:

When we respond negatively to a stimulus it is said as a negative attitude. A negative attitude will never let you succeed in life.

HOW TO DEVELOP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE:

1. ALWAYS THINK OF END BEFORE STARTING:

  • Before taking any action always think about its conclusion whether it will be fruitful for you or not.

2. IMPROVE YOURSELF every day:

  • Never be the same as what you were yesterday. Always improve yourself than yesterday.

3. USE SETBACKS TO IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS:

  • Rather than feeling bad if you fail or get rejected, look back at your actions and see what you can do (if anything) to improve your performances. Remember: the results you receive are the signposts for the results you want to achieve.

KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge is a familiarity, awareness, or understanding of someone or something, such as facts, information, descriptions, or skills, which is acquired through experience or education by perceiving, discovering, or learning.

IMPORTANCE OF KNOWLEDGE:

  • It is said, "Knowledge is Power". This quote has versatile shades of application and holds good in several contexts.
  • It has made us far more capable, superior and sophisticated beings on this earth.
  • Knowledge is the primary factor that clearly distinguishes the human race from the animals.
  • Man has the power to judge situations, decide between what is good and what is bad and make decisions voluntarily. It is important that we make the best use of the gift of knowledge so that we achieve great feats and heights in every domain of our life.
  • Knowledge does not only pertain to science and technology and the fields we study in books. Knowledge is also very important to shape our personality and perfect our behaviour and dealings with people.

HOW TO ENHANCE KNOWLEDGE:

  • Read a book-Reading is the foundation for gaining any type of general knowledge. There are no specific requirements on what books to read or on what subjects since the acquisition of general knowledge incorporates a wide range of topics. The most important quality of reading is to make it a daily and routine part of your day.
  • Socialize with friends, colleagues, and professionals-The more people you come into contact with, the higher the possibility to engage in intelligent and informative conversations where you can gain additional knowledge. Since people enjoy informative yet casual conversations on interesting topics, we tend to retain this knowledge better.
  • Utilize search engines- Search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing enable you to find an answer to any question within seconds. Routinely use these internet sites to discover current news, trends, and topics of interests.
  • Decide on a general education program. Nearly all universities and colleges offer a general education program or classes outside of an area of expertise that covers a broad range of topics and approaches. The material taught in general education courses focuses on interdisciplinary information so that you can gain knowledge and apply it to real-life situations.
