8 Things Not to Do While Booking a Low Price Hotel in Bangkok

Your choice of hotel may be the most crucial decision you make while planning a trip to Bangkok. This is because a choice made in a hurry could lead to a smelly room with no internet, an awful view, no WiFi or something even more displeasing. In this blog, we will breakdown some factors that you need to ignore when you select a low price hotel in Bangkok.

Just make use of these hotel tips as these will ensure that you stay at the best hotel at a reasonable price.

1. Don’t Miss Out On Checking the Exact Location of the Hotel

Sometimes, the website of the hotel shows an extremely deceiving image of how the exact location is. So, it is advisable that you check the exact location of the hotel. If you’ve never been to the place, ask your peers or acquaintances about it. You can also give a call to the hotel and share your concerns with them. Spending time on asking questions is better than regretting your decision later.

If you wish to avoid staying around the highway and close to the amazing tourist destinations, choose the Grand Alpine Hotel. It is easily one of the finest budget hotels in Bangkok.

2. Do Not Ignore the Online Reviews

Many customers share their experiences with a hotel on multiple review websites. So, whenever you check the list of budget hotels near Indra market Bangkok, do not ignore the reviews. You need to check what points their previous customers have mentioned so that your experience is not as bad as theirs.

From finding out about the staff behavior and quality of rooms to amenities, food and other facilities, you can get all the essential information by reading the reviews. This is an extremely helpful tip and you must not skip it.

3. Don’t Overlook the Parking Availability and Pricing

When you travel to a new place, a lot of times you hire a cab or personal vehicle. But have you asked the hotel about parking availability? A lot of individuals miss out on this and end up paying a hefty amount for parking. So it is necessary that you ask the hotel in advance so that you are aware of what you will have to pay at the end of your stay.

4. Don’t Leave Out the Cost of Breakfast

Some hotels include the room service or buffet charge beforehand while others include it afterwards. So, instead of recklessly ordering food through room service, make it clear with the staff that the charges are separate or already included.

All of this information is often available on the hotel website as well. Just check out the official website of the Grand Alpine if you are specifically looking for the best place to stay in Pratunam Bangkok. You will get all the amenities related details there.

5. Don’t Use Third-Party Websites, Book via the Hotel Website

When you make a booking using the official website of a hotel, there is a chance that you’d get reward points. While there are several third-party websites with numerous offers, the hotel always gives more preference to bookings made via their website. So, if the hotel of your choice has a strong online presence and has some on-going offers, use their site only.

6. Don’t Hesitate to Ask for a Better Price

This may be an age-old method, but it always works. When you call the hotel to get other details, you can also ask for a better rate. When you ask for it, the representative will ask if you’re a member of any of their associations. Luckily if you are, you can get a discount. So, the next time you make a reservation; don’t forget to use this tip.
