Every year, millions of candidates appear for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection PO EXAM as it offers officer level Work. They burn midnight oil to qualify the exam to grab the dream yet some of them are not satisfied with the work environment.

They find the post of Probationary officer to be too challenging and demanding. The work profile of PO involves most of the public dealings which makes them exasperate. SSC based jobs are simple and require only paper work without any financial pressures while working in the office. Dealing with cash is very challenging at times and one has always to be at constant vigil. At times, one has to stay back and deal with the urgent transactions to be completed on the same day. Sometimes, there is no breathing space in working hours and balance between life and work is also obliterated.
  3. SSC offers limited working hours for officers but there are no limits set for the working hours for PO in banks. It is a very hard responsiblity and one has to close the daily cash transactions and balance the cash statement of the day. It takes extra working time than the regular working hours at times when there is lot of rush in the branch. Therefore, there is no time set to leave the office and most of the time it demands more than the required.

4. After a heavy Pressure of clearing Ibps PO Exam Notification They deal with loans and securities department, one has to devote extra time on weekends also. They have to follow up the pre-requisites of the loan sanction by visiting the customer’s location to find out his or her worth. It is a very big responsibility and one has to handle it with care because it is a gateway to your future promotions. Thus, it involves lot of mental pressure. Due to urgency in completing the tasks, one cannot give much time to family even on weekends.

  1. Security of this post is there but with no peace of mind. One has to be at constant vigil to save the skin. Sometime it takes more of your peace of mind than enjoying the security of job.
  2. Job is subject to transfers after every two to three years of intervals. Life is not stable with bank jobs; they have to move from one location to other when they get promoted. It makes the life unstable for the family especially for children when they are grown up they will not be able to get proper education and environment for their effective development.
