Positive thinking is said to be the solution to majority of the problems you face in your life. When you’re feeling low, everything gets you annoyed and frustrated but when you think positive, even the biggest of problems seem to have a solution. Having a positive outlook towards things can determine how your life is going to be. ‘Be positive’ is not just a blood group, it’s a way of living your life a little better than yesterday.

Studies have proved that exercising can make you feel fresh instantly. Exercising regularly even for 10 minutes can make the rest of your waking hours easier to deal with. You need to pick one exercise that you like and make it a habit to do it every day. This habit will make you happier as well as healthier in life. It’s a win-win situation that you can’t say no to.
H = S (Setpoint) + C (Circumstances) + V (Voluntary Activities)
Did the formula spin your head too? Well, the idea is based on the fact that we know what makes us happy, all we need to do is pay attention. So far, we have established the fact that we can’t buy happiness from the supermarket, it is a skill that develops over time.
Spend some quality time with yourself and find out what makes you happy, such as traveling, spending time with loved ones or pursuing hobbies.
Make new memories
As tiring as it may sound, remembering memories for as long is because of what we felt in that moment. We don’t have to waste a lot of money in order to create memories. All we need to do is cherish the positive memories and remember how they make us feel, and hold on to those. Let go of whatever was in the past, you can’t change it but you can take charge of your life right now.
Do nothing for 2 minutes
Guess what happened in the 120 seconds of your day when you were doing nothing? Nothing! Nobody judged you. Your family didn’t bail on you and people that matter are still around. In fact, you realized that you can make time for yourself without doing anything.
Winning and Learning are two different things
Winning doesn’t always mean that you are the best at everything. There are people who haven’t won certain things but are excelling in their lives because they never stopped learning from their experience.
Channelling positivity and learning from every experience is more important than winning. Remember, winning and learning are two very different things.
The subtle art of loving yourself before anyone else
Last but not the least, to embark on your journey to happiness you truly need to love yourself first, which is most important for your mental health. If you love yourself, you automatically start looking after yourself and realize that you deserve great things in life.
You can now be one step closer to the happiness that you’ve been searching all around, but have missed to look within. Your happiness should be your priority. If you’re happy, you’ll spread happiness and honestly, the world needs more happy people around.
