Balasana (Child’s Pose)
- At first, you are supposed to kneel on the floor
- After that, sit back on your heels
- You are required to bend forward from your hips till the point chest touches the thighs
- Your hand should be at the side on the floor
- You are supposed to hold this position for three to five minutes
- After a while, return to your original position
Sukhasana (Easy Pose)
- Cross your legs, and sit down properly
- You must keep your back straight
- Then, you must keep your hands on knees
- You must inhale deeply, and pay proper attention to your breathing techniques
- Focus on exhale
- Repeat it for not less than five minutes
Fish Pose
- Lie down on your Yoga mat
- Keep your legs together
- Place your hands beside your body comfortably
- You must keep your palms under your hips, it should face downward
- You are supposed bring your elbows close to each other
- Your waist must be close to your elbows
- Try to cross your legs in a way that your feet cross each other at middle
- Your thighs and knees must be placed flat on the floor
- Try to breathe in and lift your chest up
- You must lift your head too
- Your crown must touch the floor
- The entire weight of your body must on your elbows rather than head
- As soon as your lift your chest, slightly put pressure on your shoulder blades
- Be at the same position till you feel comfortable
- After a while, you are supposed to breathe normally
- Now, you must exhale and then release the position
- You must drop your chest on the ground and then relax
Reclined Twist
- You must lie down on your back
- Then, bring the knees close to your chest
- Your knees must fall to the left side
- Your head must be on the right side
- You must press your hips to the left with your left hand
- Then, you are required to straighten your right arm
- You must stay at the same position for a while
- Then, switch to the other side
