A logo is the first point of contact for a business organization’s and brand’s audience. Not only is it the first point of contact for the target audience but also for the other stakeholders and even potential stakeholders. Many people choose to invest or even choose to know about the company after they get impressed by the logo of the company. Meaning the logo of a company carries in itself the symbol of the business organization that tells about the story and background of the organization without using any specific words.

There are many various and different types of logo designs that can be made by hiring professional logo design services. The several different types of logo designs are stated below.

Monogram Logos: Monogram logos are usually made up of letters that are based on the brand initials in most cases. The brand name initials are used instead of the whole names as they are easy to show and to remember rather than a lengthy company name. And it’s only common sense that it’s easier to remember an image consisting of two or three letters. This is most commonly known as the letter-mark way.

Wordmark logos: These are not that different from monograms and the use of words and letters are also used in these types of logos as well. These logos are mainly based and focused on the business name alone. The best example of this can be taken from the logo of Coca-Cola. Another great example for this is Google and the business name has turned in to a Logo itself. These types of logos help build a really strong brand recognition. The fonts and colors play a big role in the making of such logos and make a big effect on the logo itself.

Different Styles of Logos used by Businesses

The reason why business organizations spend so much time and money on creating their logos for their businesses and brands is because it is the first thing that anyone actually sees about a brand or a business organization. These logos are responsible for creating the first impressions in the eyes of the customers and target audiences.

There are various types and styles of logo designs that different brands and business organizations are using to create their logos. Companies usually outsource these tasks to a professional logo design company so that they can focus on their business operations and not waste time on something that they don’t have expertise on.

The various styles of logo designs being used in companies these days are as follows:

Pictorial marks (Logo symbols): These logos which are known as a pictorial mark are also called brand mark logos. These logos are basically graphic based icons and an image is mostly incorporated in the logo. The best example of such types of logos can be taken from the Apple logo. Another very good example of such a logo is the Twitter bird. A brand mark in its essence is actually only an image and nothing else. It can be something tricky to incorporate for some businesses and brands but if done right it can be turn in to a great logo making your brand a very powerful image and good recognition.

Abstract logo mark: An abstract logo or an abstract mark is also a picture based logo but instead of a recognizable image it is an abstract form taken mostly through geometric shapes which help in representing your business.
