S R Yogananda (Rtn Yogananda), has degrees in science and engineering with a post graduate Degree in Management.

Pdg yoga Starting with Mico Bosch, pdg yoga has worked in senior positions in india and abroad. S R Yogananda was director of a British company in Nigeria and has headed engineering divisions of Bahwans and M/s Getco in Muscat and Dubai. Amongst others, he has represented Toyota, Komatsu, Thermo King, Carrier and Atlas Weyhausen.

Joining Rotary Club of Bangalore east in 1987, Rtn Yogananda may be a millenium president and centennial governor.During his governorship, libraries, community halls, computer labs, water projects, comfort stations in girls schools, – the rotarians of the district ‘celebrated rotary’by helping the needy.

During his governorship, a statue of Paul Harris was installed during a busy junction.150 ryla’s were conducted. The centenary celebrations were grand and meaningful.

The centennial address by his holiness the Dalai Lama appeared within the Rotary website.He has served as major gifts advisor, annual programs fund strategic advisor and as arrfc for the zone.

PDG Yoga @ Rotary

S R Yogananda was regional rotary foundation co-ordinator for zone 5 from 2011 to 2014 which has 14 R I Districts including Sri Lanka and Maldives.

pdg yoga was the district’s representative for the 2010 col. pdg yoga is that the recipient of ‘the citation for meritorious service ‘and ‘distinguished service award’ by the Rotary foundation,He has been conferred with the ‘‘service above self’ award by rihe is additionally a recipient of the regional service award for a polio-free world. pdg yoga is that the recipient of the ‘cliff Dochterman Award’ for distinguished and dedicated service to scouting.He was the national coordinator and awards administrator for national essay competition on 4 way test held everywhere India in schools through rotary clubs.S R Yogananda has represented R I president at the district conference.pdg yoga has been within the management committee of the Bangalore Management Association and every one India Manufacturers Organisation for several terms. S R Yogananda has been within the advisory committee of the Bangalore International festival.

A winner of the Raymonds ‘ Best Dressed BrideGroom ‘award in 1975, he has made short films on rotary.A keen reader, S R Yogananda swims and plays golf.

pdg yoga Married to Rajashree, a past president of Innerwheel club of Bangalore East. The couple have an interest in music and painting.their sons Apurv and Amol are working within the USA.
