  • teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • teaspoon of jeera powder

Step to prepare the recipe

  1. Boil the soya chunks with required hot water. Leave it for a few minutes until it becomes soft and fluffy.
  2. Keep the pan on the stove and pour the oil, after the oil gets heat adds the mustard.
  3. The next step is to add onion, fry the onion till it becomes golden.
  4. After that add the tomatoes to it and fry for few minutes.
  5. Add the red chilies that required for your taste.
  6. Then add the ginger and garlic it appears a good smell.
  7. Add the chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, black pepper powder, and turmeric powder. As required in the ingredients.
