The dough is prepared according to the requirements of the dough making process. After the dough is heated and baked by the round baking wheel, it becomes a fixed thickness spring roll or other sheet-like food.

Process of making injera: Put the mixed dough into the dough bucket. When the baking wheel is heated to about 150–160 ° C (the temperature control table shows the temperature), start the slurry pump to send the slurry to the nozzle, and operate the clutch lever. The surface paste is adhered to the arc surface of the roasting wheel. When the roasting wheel rotates over the angle of 270–300 degrees, the dough is matured and automatically separated from the roasting wheel to form a fixed thickness spring roll, which is cut into squares after being cut by the cutting machine.
