Using Electronic Devices Late Night

So instead of browsing social media late in the night or before going to bed, try reading books, listen to podcasts or music.

Waking Up Late In The Morning

Whether you believe it or not according to research, people who are exposed to sunlight early in the morning have lower body mass index as compared to those who are exposed to sunlight later. It is true that 20 to 30 minutes of natural light affect your body mass index. Try to wake up early in the morning and go for a walk or run.

Lack Of Exercise

Exercise and any kind of physical activity play a vital role in weight loss as they increase your calorie burning and metabolism. Make sure you practice moderate exercise on a daily basis such as walking for 15-20 minutes, doing yoga for at least 10-20 minutes.
