The golden age of classic arcade video games was the 1970s through the 1980s. The coin-operated gaming machines typically installed in amusement arcades are known as Arcade Games. Generation of the 1970s to the 1990s is very familiar to the arcade games. From the early 90s, the Arcade games are taken by the home video game consoles like PlayStation and Xbox. Modern Multiplayer Games made us forget about the Arcade Games. Let’s look back at the past of gaming world. Over here, we will discuss some of the All-time favorite arcade games.

PAC-Man
The legitimate Japanese title of PAC-MAN is Puck-Man. PAC-Man is one of the most famous games in Arcade. This game is developed by NAMCO. The development of the game started in 1979 and, completed in 1980. Most of the game at that time had the theme of war or sports but the inspiration for the PAC-Man character was Pizza with the removed slice.
In the game Pac-Man must eat all the dots enclosed inside the maze while keeping away from four colored ghosts. Power pellets(large flashing dots) lead the ghosts to turn blue, and Pac-Man eats them for bonus points. The difficulty level of game increase as the progress of player increase. The duration of Power pellets decreases and ghosts become faster. Pac-Man is playable to the 256th level due to some memory issues.
Jungle Hunt
Jungle hunt is one of the best side-scrolling arcade games. In jungle hunt Player controls an unnamed explorer that scrolls from left to right. This game is developed by Taito and released in 1982. Jungle Hunt first released as Jungle King but changed due to copyright clash. Jungle Hunt is the first video game that uses parallax movement. In this game, the explorer(game character) trying to rescue his girl from a tribe of cannibals.
Jungle Hunt is divided into four scenes with different objectives.
- 1. Explorer (Game character) is required to move from vine to vine.
- 2. Explorer (Game character) cross a crocodile overspread river.
- 3. The explorer (Game character) jump Different sized stone rolling and bouncing towards him.
- 4. The explorer (Game character) must run away cannibals who trying to get the woman being lowered into a burning cauldron.
The King of Fighters
The King of Fighters is a series of video games. The first game of the series was released in 1994 named The King of Fighters '94. This series is developed by SNK. The most recent release of the series is The King of Fighters XIV in August 2016. These series consist of nearly 21 games. The game-play system of the series shows the Art of Fighting and Samurai Showdown. Every new volume of the series provides better ways to perform vigorous attacks. In this game 3 vs 3 teams fight against each other in the team battle system.
Each team selects three players in an order out of eight players in which the team members enter the battlefield. All three players fight one by one with the opponents. When all the three players defeated by opponents the match ends.
Area 51
Area 51 is a light Gun video game. The Game is developed by Atari Games and released in 1995. The name of the game Area 51 is taken from the military facility. Area 51 involves the player taking part in a STAAR (Strategic Tactical Advanced Alien Response) military attack on to intercept aliens. Aline's originates zombies to gaining control over the Area 51 military facility. Area 51 was well-liked by the players, and it was one of the hit games of that time.
In this game, the Player passes through several sections of the military. The player defeats modified zombie soldiers and aliens without harming any allied STAAR team members. There are five weapons used in the game.

Street Fighter III: Third Strike
Street Fighter III is the part of Street Fighter series developed by Japanese video game developer Cap-com. This is a fighting video game. Street Fighter III game is released in 1997. This game is designed for CD-ROM-based, CP System III hardware but at that moment people like to play this game in Arcades. The game III had two updates.

Tekken 3
Tekken 3 the third chapter in the Tekken series which is a fighting game. The game was released in 1997 for arcades and take a step towards play-stations in 1998. It was developed by Japanese video game developer Namco. The game is awarded as one of the best video games all time. There is a total of twenty-three characters (fighters) in Tekken 3. Tekken series consist of favorite chapters of 90s kids. It has a single-player and multi-player mode. Tekken 3 remains the first game of the series in which the 3-D movement introduced.
