This unique location is characterised by a peninsula, at the southern end of Wooli, which is wedged between the Pacific Ocean and Wooli Wooli River. In fact, Wooli Wooli means two waters. Our waterfront holiday apartments take advantage of this uniqueness, resting at the narrowest point of the peninsula and so the beach or river is only steps away. Each holiday apartment enjoys the sound of the breaking waves and cooling ocean breezes but remain protected when stronger winds hit the coastline.With a focus on providing a home away from home holiday, Blue River Apartments are a great location to enjoy your vacation. There is a beach holiday apartment to suit everyone. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, coastal décor, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, covered outdoor dining options and river views across to Yuraygir National Park. All units have free WiFi and access to 2 two-man kayaks to explore Wooli Wooli River and bikes to cycle around the village.Though each holiday apartment is different they are all underpinned by the desire to make your beach holiday enjoyable and comfortable. Captain’s Bridge is a two-bedroom, top floor apartment that catches the ocean breezes and the constant hum of the surf. There are river views from the kitchen and deck; a great spot to watch the spectacular sunsets. A high-vaulted ceiling gives the apartment an airy ambiance.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. A reverse cycle air conditioning unit and ceiling fans keeps the unit at a comfortable temperature all year around. Linen is provided in cooling coastal colours. White shutters throughout allows the ocean breeze to circulate and adds a touch of coastal to the décor.

The north facing deck is a great space to enjoy the ocean breezes in the warmer months. Complete with a Weber gas barbeque, outdoor dining setting and cosy reading nook, the deck is a great place to while away the holiday hours.

The living room has a Smart TV while a second TV is located in the master bedroom.

The master has a comfortable queen bed and there are 2 single beds are in the second bedroom.

Ground floor entry is via a small courtyard, with private hot/cold shower, and lots of hanging space for towels and swimmers. There is space here for surf boards and fishing gear to be stored.

The unit comes with free WiFi.

A wall separates Captain’s Bridge from the other apartment for privacy.

Located in a wedge of land between the river and the ocean, Captain’s Bridge, Blue River Apartments offers the experiences of a combined river and coastal holiday. The river is 30 steps away, while the surf is a 20-metre stroll to the top of the sand dune.

Two kayaks are available to explore the far reaches of Wooli River along with a selection of bikes to explore the village
